With its composite frameset, integrated pedal assistance, and high-quality components including wireless electronic shifting, the Defy Advanced E+ Elite AR is designed for performance-minded road riders seeking added capabilities to ride farther and faster. This model comes with 38mm wide Giant CrossCut AT tires for added versatility on rough roads and gravel. The new SyncDrive Move Plus motor, which delivers up to 30Nm of support (equivalent to 75Nm with a mid-drive motor) in a lightweight, quiet system, is cleanly integrated into the rear hub and features five support levels and Smart Assist technology to determine optimal pedaling support for a smooth, natural riding experience. The system is powered by the EnergyPak 400 battery, which provides powerful support in an integrated, lightweight package.
