Online Purchase Return:

- You have 10 days from the shipment date of your order.

- The item need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For STRIPE payment | All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Please ensure your order details are correct prior to confirming your purchase.

In the case of a cancellation or refund, Stripe’s transaction processing fees are non-recoverable and therefore will be deducted from your total refund.
